Gandi.net, a French domain registrar has launched a very flexible dynamic resource allocated VPS service.

This service looks great and is one I'm considering using for a start-up in the near future.

The only problem I can see at the moment is that you can't spec up a machine that needs more bandwidth/CPU/RAM/disk space without having to pay for all of them.

So their service is Europe-only based, eh? If they had a U.S.-based service, that would make for a great startup/development Environment.
